In Book Two of this series, Neko Dan and Human Phil experience parenthood for the first time with their newborn Neko son, Noah Michael. Backstories further develop the characters introduced in Book One, and new challenges arise as Dan and Phil parent their Neko child in a society that still does not see Nekos as equals despite social and legal progress. Book One should be read first for the best experience.

After a horrible accident, Phil loses his sight and goes completely blind. Dan's help has been amazing to get him through it, but Dan can't help falling in love with his best friend - now in daily need of his care and attention. This story is about love and trust, and how two friends - much more than friends - overcome the odds of a disability, and how they realize that no matter how difficult it gets, they will always have each other. That is, until he meets Phil Lester - the 'bad boy' of Dan's new school - who's face is strangely visible to Dan; much to Dan's wonder and Phil's distaste.

Young love is a lot more than just chemicals inside your head, it's a lot more than just having a petty crush on a hot guy that sits in front of you, young love is the start of emotions; the beginning of learning how to love. Might be a lil cringe as I never intended for this to become my first full on phanfiction, regardless I hope you enjoy.
