It all started after school, at Hogwarts School of Witch Craft and Wizardry... REMINDER• This book happens to be BEFORE Deathly Hallows, I would say probably around The Goblet of Fire, or the Order of the Phoenix that is when Hermione and Harry started liking each other, ( Yes I know that Ron loves Hermione and Hermione loves Ron) I thought I should mix up the stories and make them more interesting! The war is over, Voldemort is gone and Harry is going back to school for one year. Finally, he gets a chance to live his year without worrying about his enemies or all powerful wizards set out on a mission to kill him. He can worry about drama and girls and how he looks and grades... he can have fun and enjoy his life. Right?

Harry watched from the sidelines while Ron dated Hermione, falling for her quickly. But Ron made it clear that Hermione was his. But Hermione seems to want to pull away, and Harry starts to feel a small ray of hope... Could Harry end up with the girl of his dreams?

The war had more than taken it's tole on the golden trio, and Harry was worn, tired and filled with sadness and grieving. He felt so much sorrow, and had no idea what to do with it. The Weasley's had taken a month or so to get back to their somewhat normal selves... but not everyone was the same. And you can't after all of the losses that they had dealt with. But Harry feels something heal whenever he is around Hermione. She had always known what to do and what the right thing to say was, and that was one thing that hadn't changed. But he started to get distant to Ginny and gravitate towards Hermione, who seemed to be one of the only people capable of making him happy.

With a new threat getting stronger right under their noses, Harry and Hermione are hard-pressed to get to the bottom of the situation. But being parents of two newborn babies has its perils. Follow Harry and Hermione as they try to maneuver a new threat and being first time parents. For them, struggle isn't a new thing but not letting this struggle affect their marriage may be easier said than done. Love and life can be two hard things to deal with but it's possible. This is the sequel to Light. You may read this as a stand alone but I would recommend reading the first book before you read this one.
