Maxon Draca McMillan and Isla Aberdeen Spier were born enemies. Back in school, Maxon had asked Isla for a favour, promising a gigantic fancy lunch in return, once he's rich and famous. Isla, having no choice, agreed. After graduation, they lost contact. They hated each other, so of course they didn't ask for each other's phone numbers. Two years later, Maxon becomes a famous actor, and Isla becomes a successful doctor. Just when life was never better, Isla receives a call from somebody who would turn her world upside down.
