It's been months since Charlie helped bring in the Winter Soldier, and not once has she seen the man Steve calls Bucky Barnes. Every day (with the exception of weekends) she has a gun clip unloaded into her skull. The council is unhappy with their progress, and gives them until Christmas to fix him, or else SHIELD must take drastic measures. Snow is staring to fall. The air is turning cold. Winter is coming to New York City. And Charlie's running out of time. (Sequel to 'Stealing Winter') *being edited*
