Kyousuke Tsukiakari transfers from Japan to the States as an exchange student, and everything seems to be fine until he meets JC Snow, a seemingly cold and distant girl who doesn't seem to take interest in anyone. After doing a little background check from his newfound friend and JC's past roommate Luke, he discovers there's more to that icy approach than what is seen by the eyes. Will he ever get to warm her frozen heart? Or make her even colder than she really is?
