Severus Snape has agreed to take in Harry Potter during the summer before his Third Year. Temporarily. Just until the end of summer and not a day longer. But secrets about Harry's home life are being revealed and things are changing too fast for Harry to keep up. Can he and Snape survive their time together? If not, it's going to make for a very long summer. I've moved up the blowing up of Marge to the very beginning of summer. This is 100% an AU. Almost everything is different and you'll see that from the very beginning. Adding to say that it's so AU that Dumbledore and McGonagall are married (he's been aged down and there's a whole post about it) and they adopted snape when he was 14. A Dark Harry. Basically this book is a revision of the original. I feel like the very idea that a abuse, neglected child who was shy and just wanted to please his guardians, coming to a scary new world and suddenly feel brave and brash, unrealistic. The whole idea of him completely changing his character just because he was in a specific house is ludicrous. And even if he had been a Gryffindor (which is completely unlikely) he would have still been a Slytherin at heart. This is my version of how the events might have gone.

The King knows all types of magic especially dark , he takes pride in teaching his children. The Hunter throws a mean dagger and poisoned arrows and their Melody is a mistress of herbology and animal poisons. They are loyal. They sympathise They are dangerous. They are the Black family . Summer is going to prove dificult for Albus Dumbledore as his plans come crumbling down around him. (an: if you have not read the first two books this will not make sense.)
