Jesse Dax Rhee is Glenn Rhee's little sister, we'll they kind of separated for years since this all started. She survived the apocalypse by herself for like 2 years. She was with her parents before, but both of them died during the apocalypse. She's different than the other 16 yr. old girls, she's not the type of wearing dresses, BUT she's the type of girl who knows skills & knows how use guns and other weapons, which she uses to survived. She's BRAVE & a TOTAL BADASS cause of her past, she used to be in & out of jail hundreds of times. She became a good friend with Carl Griems and they're getting closer.
