Seventeen-year old Troy Sanders' life couldn't be any worse; his science project was a total failure, his French assignment long overdue, he got kicked off the football team after barely making the starting squad, high school queen Bella Evans hates his gut, and as if all those weren't enough, big time bully Roy Henderson was out hunting for him. Everything finally seemed to be looking up for him when he discovered that he came from a long line of wizards and that he was next in the family to master the powerful art. But as he was soon to learn, there was more to that than meets the eye. Now that summer has arrived, Troy gets to go to the prestigious Firewalt School of Magic and learn what it means to be a wizard. But does he really have what it takes to walk in his father's footsteps, make the right friends, and become the wizard everyone expects him to be? Eragon has traveled to the East and found a place to hatch and raise the dragons. But that isn't the only thing he has found on his journey. A completely new race has been discovered and has been given the title Angels. (I've decided to insert my magic angels from Aeria into this story, but they aren't the same characters---I assure you. This is a whole new perspective on this species.) And if raising dragon hatchlings wasn't enough, a new threat is brewing in West Alagaesia. Will these new riders be able to tackle it or will the world be subjected to another tyrany once more? The journey has only just begun for them in Eragon ~*~ Glaciem. (All concept of The Inheritance Cycle and Original Characters belongs to Christopher Paolini, the original author of the series The Inheritance Cycle.) [Characters created by me (Lucykins26), belong to me]

(#12 in Necromancer)Cody has heard all the stories, read all the myths, and knows everything about his world, Semiones. Or does he? When he finds a dragon egg, he discovers that everything he knew about his world, isn't true at all. He and the rest of humankind have been shielded from reality, and as enemies grow stronger, the shields grow weaker. Only, the fate of the elves, dwarfs, and dragons are on the line as well. Life itself may vanish from Semiones forever, if he can't at least subdue his opponent long enough to learn the ways of the riders. He alone can save his friends and family from destruction. He alone will bring back the Dragon Warriors. As long as the enemy is stopped before it is too late. (I was inspired to write this book by the 'Inheritance Cycle' series, so there are a few similarities...Enjoy the book!)

I've always loved to think of dragons in a magical and mysterious light, which has no real logical points, if you think about it. But if this world is to be believed, there should be SOME logic, right? If you have ever read my story "Inferno Legacy" and wondered how these dragons can do one thing or another, than this is the place to go! Even if you have read a different dragon story of mine/are only interested in seeing my view of dragons, this should be a very fun and/or useful tool to seeing the logic behind them. At least, there might not be a whole lot of logic to them considering they...well aren't real. In any case, look ahead to see my take on how dragons breathe fire, fly, and this story will even dab a little into how they use telepathy (and more!). Enjoy! (Keep in mind I am no scientist and some of my ideas may be a bit too much outside the laws of physics, but I'd welcome comments that point out faults or come up with alternative ideas so I can learn.) :) Also, if there's anything specific you're wondering about, don't forget to send me a message or leave a comment!
