I don't remember what sunk us; I think it was a storm. I don't remember my name, or where I came from, or where I was going, or what I was doing. And nobody knows that I exist. Not even the others who sank with our ship. But I remember her red dress and my attachment to her... or... some kind of attachment to her. Or a longing for her. I don't know how to describe it. Alternate title: The Wrongdoings of Human Society and how to Fix Them Rants on the wrongdoings and issues with today's human society that may hopefully open the eyes of the citizens around and teach them to integrate into society, treating other souls respectfully as they do so.

Compared to the beautiful, outgoing Melody, Sutton Bran has always lived in her older sister's shadow as the shy, innocent girl. Even so, she happens to catch the attention of mysterious bad boy Colton Jones. He steals her first kiss one night at a party and sends her home thinking that her life is finally starting to fall into place... that is, until she arrives at her house to find that Melody has been killed in a drunk driving accident. Unable to deal with her grief, Sutton's life spirals out of control. But one guy thinks he has what it takes to show her there's still so much to live for. All she has to do is be a little rebellious.
