13 year old Calliope Jones isn't your normal teenager. She has been living with the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D, Nick Fury, on the helicarrier since her parents died. She doesn't attend school, being a genius kid. The only thing that really means something to her is the superhero, Captain America. Even he too is dead, though. Now that the world is in danger, Fury is recruiting the Avengers, a team of superheros. If they work together, they can save the world. Will they work together, though? Can Cal work with this team of misfits? 《NOTE: I own no Marvel apperences (the Avengers) in this. The rights for that go to Marvel, Disney, and Stan Lee. I use the Force and the idea of the lightsaber, which I do not own, so those rights go to Lucasfilm, Disney, and George Lucas. This is NOT a love story.》

Jade Tarrow is only nineteen and she's already broken every bone in her body nine times. So her personal life (and that of her friends) is a pretty "hush-hush" situation. Of course that's pretty difficult when you literally crash into Avengers' Tower. Now it will take a patient Hulk, a motherly Black Widow, and a responsible Tony Stark to get the teen to open up...before it's too late. If that's not enough, Jade's 'in the like' with a villain. They're doomed. Or In which the Avengers must contend with: Someone blowing a hole in the side of their (newly repaired) building. A plus-sized lizard. A pissed-off Scotswoman (or Englishwoman, the author couldn't seem to make up her mind). A man with an inglorious tendency to stick said Scotswoman with sharp needles. And a cat, simply because the author's cat kept walking across the keyboard. *Remember: I LOVE comments!*

The ballad of Robin Hood, about a boy stealing from the rich to give to the poor, was told, and everyone in Robin's small village knew about it. You'd think that her name being in a rhyme wouldn't really affect her, but no. She was already unwanted, living in that orphanage, getting hit by the Head that seemed to hate all the girls. She is as hated as ever, and that ballad just seemed to make things worse. There is only one thing she truly owns, the red hooded cloak she was found wrapped in when she was a baby, and it seems to be her only escape. Then, one day, she cannot take it any longer. She needs to get away. She runs, tired of living life just to be hit and hated, unwanted by everyone. Her only escape is her hood, but that's no longer enough. Everyone hates her. But why would she leave if she has nothing? She can't survive on her own. Or can she? **First book in the Robin Hood trilogy**

I hadn't always dreamed of a man to sweep me off my feet and propose underneath the twinkling moonlit stars. Yet, I hadn't ever dreamed of a god in form of a man to knock me off my feet and practically reject me, a few days after being accused and punished for causing my parents' brutal murder. But, I had always expected one thing. A man, a god, a being of an extraterrestrial manner incorrigible to the mere mortals scattered around this wicked world we call ours. I had expected him. He is the King of all Alphas. The one who rules above all forms of authority. His snarl alone was enough to send a grown man to his feet, his eyes alone enough to twist anyone into fear of no other experienced before. He was a monster. I, his mate. He was heartless. But, so was I. - © Luna Queen (2015) Victoria Leslie Khan
