Mariah Jay is a 14 year old girl that lives in London but not in a nice flat like most people. No. Instead of a nice flat she lives in a orphanage. She has been in a orphanage since she was 3. She has a very horrible past, that she has kept locked away inside of her head which is driving her crazy. She hates her past, she gets these really weird flashbacks and has nightmares about her past. She has only told two people in her whole life Samantha the care-taker of the kids at the orphanage, and Alison a girl her age that lives at the orphanage with her Alison is also Mariah's bestfriend Alison was a sisterly figure to Mariah. Oh. They are also roommates. They both knew eachother since they were 1 they were both from the same hometown and both had almost the same past. Oh! Who am I kidding?! They HAVE the same past because they're cousins :o and Heaven used to live with Mariah and her abusive dad. Until finally one day they got out of q hell hole, because Heaven and Mariah both got shot in the arm. They both went running next door to the sweet neighbors house and knocked impatiently the sweet lady opened the door and asked the two 3 year olds what's wrong they both pointed at their arms and cried she called the police and ambulace she assured them everything is going to be 'okay' but they surely knew it probably wasn't going to be just 'okay' they were cheery girls that never done anything wrong they knew everything was going to be 'great' they didn't deserve the pain they were put in. They deserve better.
