Camila Cabello ran away from home at eighteen. No money, no food and no friends, she somehow travelled to Boston and found herself a lousy job in a large up and coming interior design business. Straight out of college, Lauren Jauregui was the co-owner of that interior design business. Now, with the company thriving and trying to expand, Lauren is forced to make some tough choices at the headquarters. Completed in 2016.

Raven shakes her head and turns back to Octavia, propping her elbows up on the table and giving the girl her full attention. "So what is it, tiny? You part of the dead parents club?" Octavia tenses, the water glass in her hand shakes and she quickly sets it back down. "Raven," Indra hisses, her fork clattering against the plate. Summary: Lauren Jauregui is an immigration lawyer for the state of New York. Camila Cabello is a Mexican/Cuban born "immigrant" trying to avoid deportation. Though a portion of her nationality is Cuban, she was born in Mexico and therefore is ineligible to receive permanent residence under the Cuban Adjustment Act. She researches and finds that she can get an adjustment of status if she marries a U.S. citizen, simultaneously ridding the possibility of deportation. It isn't set in stone but Camila is willing to give it a try.

On the night her best friend left for another state, Lauren expected to fall asleep, drowning in tears, when a charming stranger sends her a string of text messages confessing a long-standing crush. Every chapter will most likely contain more TEXTS MESSAGES than narrations. Okay? Go! PS: I always begin writing a chapter with dialogues and I thought, while you guys wait for the other stories to update, this would suffice for the times that I need a jump start to write heavy drama. This will be my outlet and this might not be as detailed as the others. (This was supposed to be situated at the end of my other stories' chapter updates but a certain Lion King character said this was a better idea. Camila and Lauren were both what you would call a 'fuckgirl', plain and simple. The two didn't know one another but their best friends were more than tired of their escapades.
