Rabbi shrahli sadri. wayassirli amri. wahlul uqdatam millisani. yafqahu qawli. [surah Taha]. Sometimes love can prove poisonous when you nurture the seeds of your desires rather than nurturing the seeds of your emaan. Sometimes you learn after falling and that's when reality hits you. Sometimes to overcome your desires, you need to go through it, to know why Allah forbade you to go after your desires. Sometimes infatuation is not enough for a marriage to function smoothly but rather it is the understanding between the two. Sometimes Allah makes you fall before He makes you fly just like a striving bird who flutters through the wind and when it is about to fall, it strives even harder and it takes all the strength in the bird to flourish through the heaven while glorifying Allah. Sometimes love elevates your emaan but at times it can be more dangerous than slow poison which can slowly pierce through your strong walls of emaan, steadily making them fragile enough to crumble, which took several years to build. When we have to choose between the two roads, the road which leads to jannah isn't easy. While walking, you will realize that the path is full of obstacles which would stop you midway, which would make you fall hard but, isn't the true believer the one who after falling, picks up every shattered pieces of his heart for the Lord of the A'lameen as the heart belongs only and only to him. P. S. This book is the sequel of door to jannah. So if you haven't read it yet, what are you waiting for?

"But I'm your-" "I'm your what?!" He cut her off. She flinched at the acidity in his voice. "My wife?" He scoffed inching in on her until he was arms length. His eyes bored into the depths of her soul. He slurred the words with venom dripping from his tone. "You're only a signed contract, nothing more!" * * * "What's that shit doing on your face? you better remove it! you can't be walking on the streets of Chicago wearing that, this isn't your filthy Pakistan!" he ruthlessly spoke with disgust. "You mean my veil?" She questioned with fear placing a hand on her Niqab. "If it isn't obvious" "Please, don't call it that, it's my veil, my identity" "I'm sorry what?" "I can't remove it Saahir, p-please don't make me do this, its a part of me" she begged on the verge of tears. "I said take it off!" He yelled in a deep menacing voice and pulled it off her face throwing it mercilessly on the floor. Fresh tears pooled from her eyes Frustration built through him. He grabbed her shoulder and forcefully dragged her pushing her onto the floor. The floor hit Meeza harder than she had expected. "Oww" she yowled as the pain shot through her shoulder. "You fall in love with the most unexpected person at the most unexpected times." ▪▪ He stroke my arm with his hand and carefully followed his own action with his eyes. "What are you doing?" I asked, pushing his hand away. He raised his both hands in the air as defense and tucked them away in his jeans pockets afterwards. "I have a question before you leave." He smirked. He was going to ask me something stupid, I could feel it. I crossed my arms and waited for his question. "You can take your headscarf off as soon as we're married, right? I mean, we are married then." He said taking another step forward. He suddenly grabbed me by my waist, pulling me towards him. He stared into my eyes holding me with a huge strength I could never compete with. It was at that moment I could smell a faint smell of alcohol on his breath. He was drunk. ▪▪ Meet Aliah Samuni; a simple, religious and down to earth 23 year old girl, who lost her parents 5 years ago. It's a story of love, adventure, family, norms and cultural society and all its restrictions, rules, limitations and expectations. It's a story of a girl willing to risk it all for the sake of love. This story is in hausa language, but please excuse my dialect I'm from Sokoto and I know not many understand how we speak. So I have tried to mold my dialect to a more understandable one, I hope it works. Don't judge. #projectNigeria Ranked #60 out of 2.35k in Royals ~ May 2019 #52 out of 3.59k in Culture ~ May 2019
