Haruhi started going out with Tamaki and Lily rarely sees her anymore. She didn't go to the host club, but instead study at home or hang out with Fuyumi. One night, Lily and her parents are invited over to the Ootoris' house for dinner. That is when she met someone other than Fuyumi in that family. When Kyoya notices her, he starts to fall for her.
