When Steve finds Bucky homeless in an alley near his home, their whole world changes.

Bucky se esfuerza con su carrera universitaria, mientras también toca con su grupo y trata de conseguir una beca para ir a estudiar al extranjero, pero su vida social y emocional no lo satisface en lo absoluto. Bucky es un tipo inteligente con una vida quebrada. Suele expresarse cuando la sala de música está sola, en el piano. La mayoría de su tiempo libre lo pasaba ahí. Wanda, su mejor amiga, lo ayudaba con su "asco de vida" (como dice él). Steve, por otro lado, disfrutaba de la vida, dejando a Bucky de lado, para él, sin importancia. Bucky has feelings for Steve. And that's to say the least. He's hopelessly in love with his best friend. And his best friend is hopelessly in love with Sharon Carter. Bucky tries to live a normal life. Well, as normal as he can get, for being best friend's with Captain America and previously being an assassin himself. He tries to share an apartment with Steve without taking it top personal that Steve is in love with a woman. However, his best intentions always seem to fail him. . .

The whole marvel gang are back and in high school. Will alliances hold true, will hydra be a problem? Who knows. Steve's first day is interesting, as he meets the well known Bucky Barnes. What'll happen? These characters belong to marvel only, I don't actually own any of these characters.

Set after Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Bucky is lost, without a purpose and brainwashed within an inch of his life. S.H.I.E.L.D and Hydra have both fallen and without anyone to stop him, Bucky intends to find out who he is - or who he was - before Hydra took away every last inch of him. Steve is left recovering from the catastrophe, but knows that Bucky is still out there, and that Bucky needs his help. Steve will do everything in his power to help his best friend find out who he is again. How far would you go to help your friend recover their mind? How long would you try for? Steve knows it isn't going to be easy, and wants to set Bucky on the road to recovery; but confusion and nostalgia hides around every corner. If Bucky is to find himself once again, Steve is going to have to face some hard truths about how he lost his friend and see him through every step of the way as he recovers, seeing him through the good times, and the bad. They might soon realise that the question "Who am I?" carries so much more than a name and a face.
