After defeating the shredder and his minions, the boys Leo, Donnie, Raph, and Mikey (they are human) with their sister Miwa (Tang Shen is still alive and the mother to the ninja boys and wife of Hamato Yoshi) and friends April and Casey move to a new city and go to a new school called Canterlot High and made new friends: Te Rainbooms, Twilight, Sunset, Rarity, Pinkie, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash and begin to have a new life and starts to find love.

In the land of Equestria where people have powers of each mages, Princess Celestia receives a letter from Hamato Yoshi, leader of the Hamato Clan and wants to make a peace treaty and unite Canterlot and The Hamato. But as days went by Hamato Yoshi's sons Leo, Raph, Donnie, and Mikey fell in love with Princess Celestia's faithful students Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Sunset Shimmer, and Pinkie Pie and became friends. But Flash Sentry a traitor to Canterlot grew jealous that Twilight love Leo and Flash will do anything to get rid of Leo and take over Canterlot.
