In this last part of the book, Crystal still remains in the hospital and Crystal explains all what happens to Jack. After that night at the hospital Jack soon finds out Crystal has to do a surgery that could cure her. But the problem is she can slightly survive the surgery. Will she be able to survive the surgery or will his love remain sorrow?
