In the year 2026, with the world descending into chaos day-by-day, it is only a matter of time before destruction appears itself but everything stops as something appears that will disrupt the lives of everyone. (This is my first story so please bear with me if there is any errors and such. This fanfic was inspired upon by many other fanfics such as Summoning America and Gate: War of two worlds, I highly recommend reading those books because it's so awesome!) P.S: This is based on the manga and anime version of GATE: Thus the JSDF fought there.

In this gritty reimagining, Izuku Midoriya steps into the shoes of Rock in the lawless, sun-scorched underworld of Black Lagoon, set in the crime-ridden city of Roanapur. A young, idealistic Japanese salaryman, Izuku leaves behind a mundane life in Tokyo after a botched business trip lands him in the clutches of the Lagoon Company, a ragtag crew of mercenaries operating out of a torpedo boat. Unlike his old world, there's no room for heroics here-only survival, shady deals, and moral ambiguity. Izuku, with his sharp mind and unyielding sense of morality, struggles to adapt to the cutthroat environment. He's no fighter, but his knack for negotiation and reading people makes him a reluctant asset to Dutch, the stoic leader; Revy, the volatile sharpshooter; and Benny, the tech-savvy cynic. Instead of corporate reports, Izuku now navigates arms deals, pirate ambushes, and run-ins with Roanapur's ruthless players-crime lords, assassins, and corrupt officials. His earnest desire to find a peaceful resolution clashes with the trigger-happy chaos of the Lagoon Company's jobs, forcing him to confront how far he's willing to bend his principles to survive. As Izuku gets entangled in Roanapur's web of violence-smuggling weapons, dodging cartel hits, and outsmarting mercenaries-he begins to carve out his role, not as a hero, but as the crew's voice of reason, often clashing with Revy's bloodlust. His inexperience is a liability, yet his quick thinking and stubborn resolve earn grudging respect.

Six months after the events of Assassin's Creed Odyssey and the fall of the Cult of Kosmos, Kassandra, now immortal guardian of the Staff of Hermes Trismegistus, takes a rare holiday on the idyllic island of Korfu. While swimming alone at dusk, she touches the staff's glowing headpiece for comfort-an old habit-and the artifact suddenly flares with Isu energy. A tear in reality rips open and hurls her forward nearly 2,400 years. She awakens in 1899, half-drowned in the Dakota River, wearing only her legendary armor and clutching the staff. A wanted outlaw on the run-Arthur Morgan-fishes her out, mistaking her at first for some kind of "crazy European actress" or Pinkerton plant. Thus begins an impossible love story between the Eagle Bearer of legend and the dying gunslinger of a dying frontier.

Lesia Mirri never wanted to be a Jedi. The rules of the Code didn't sit well with her restless spirit. Lesia resisted their teachings and attempted to close herself off from the Force. In a final attempt to teach her, the Jedi Council assigned her to Master Ki Adi Mundi. During the final months of the Clone Wars, Lesia found herself growing close to her master and she became more open to what he had to say. When the Purge disrupted life as she had known it, Lesia was thrown headfirst into a lawless galaxy. Armed only with the little knowledge she'd bothered to learn, Lesia struggles to make a way for herself. Once, she had shunned the Jedi. Now, the galaxy needs them, needs her, more than ever. The way of the Mandalore is not an easy path to follow, but it is all Nakoa Sen has ever known. As a child, he found himself being raised by a Mandalorian covert, one of the first who called themselves Children of the Watch. Nakoa later chose to venture into the galaxy as a bounty hunter, to provide for his new Clan. He stumbles across Lesia Mirri and eventually recruits her help for a mission. He quickly learns that while he devoutly follows his code, there are others who abhor rules of any kind. Nakoa soon finds himself wondering if he truly knows what path he wants to follow, and if he can actually break the code that his people hold so dear. Warning This book, while being a work of fiction, still contains real elements and deals with the subject of war. Collaboration with @silmarilz1701 Svetlana knew how to play the game. She'd been caught in the political drama of Stalin's inner circle since birth. The only child of one of Stalin's closest friends, she grew up in the limelight, scrutinized by friend and foe. With the outbreak of the war, Sveta found a taste of freedom with the snipers. For Zhanna, her place in the military was the only thing she could be proud of, giving her a tie to the place she called home. With the grace of others looming over her head, Zhanna had only one chance to be more than the blood inside her veins and the prayer on her lips. But then the Nazis invaded the Motherland. Tasked with reaching the Allies by her father, Sveta once more found herself a political pawn. But she wouldn't go alone. Friend and comrade Zhanna joined her in their flight from Russia. But with the Eastern Front crumbling, the girls found themselves at the mercy of America for a way home. And that way home meant learning to jump with the Airborne. They were already soldiers. How hard could that be? For Zhanna, she may be able to embrace the company of those around her. But for Sveta, the daughter of a man who represented everything the Allies worked against in the Bolshevik Revolution, it may be too difficult. * * * * Title Inspiration: "Death to the German invaders! Long live our glorious Motherland, her liberty and her independence! Under the banner of Lenin, forward to victory!" - J.
