A blend of old and new characters, romance and new beginnings, 451 Seconds is the story of what happened next. (DISCLAMER: Characters and settings in my sequel are not mine but from Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451. The plot is from my own imagination, I have no idea what Bradbury really would have wanted to happen to his characters.)

Kellin never lived a life of happiness. Their was always something that would make his life even more miserable then it already was, and that's probably why God decided to make Kellin gay, but not just gay, a faggot, a stupid, ugly, faggot, and nothing was worse than that. Vic Fuentes always lived an easy life. Sure, their was always those few obstacles that he just needed to get past, but he's never faced an obstacle as big as the one standing right in front of him. Kellin Quinn just may be known as the biggest obstacle Vic will have to get past, or maybe, fall in love with.

Vic was born into a rich family. He doesn't hate his family, he hates the lifestyle. He has yet to find someone special or even a friend. Kellin is considered a low life. He isn't poor but he most definitely isn't rich. He needs to have small, after school jobs to help his family. He dislikes the rich because he feels they have everything handed to them.

Kellin doesn't exactly live an easy life. His Mom is an alcoholic, he self-harms and on top of all that he gets bullied daily. All Vic wants to do is help but Kellin doesn't want help. Did Kellin ever think this was how he was going to live on the rest of his life? Not at all. He thought he would be dead by now. Did Kellin ever think that he would find a boyfriend and a best friend in the two Fuentes brothers who are way better then him? No, he thought they would beat him up like everyone else always did to him. Did Kellin ever think that while running away from his hometown, Florida, with Vic and Mike, he would ever bump into a face that made him start it all, and made him dread everyday that passed by? Not by a chance, and now that it did happened, Kellin's not sure how much longer he can hold on knowing he's back in his life. Will Kellin hold on and wait for Vic to save him and tell him everything's going to be okay? Maybe, but fate always has a sadistic way of messing with people's heads.
