Life seemed to be a bit dull for Lucas. He found it to be boring with all the praise he obtains for grades. The only thing Lucas does find to be the most enjoyable is the card game, Duel Monsters. Although many around him sees it as just a distraction, Lucas will always have a passion for the game, and will show that passion through his adventures and his dueling.
