Sang Sorenson lives two lives: During the school year, Sang lives with her doting Mama and her brusque Papa. During the summer's though, those are the days Sang dreads. The summers are when Sang lives with a sharp-tongued 'mother', a mean jealous sister, and a creepy 'father.' ~~~ Auroura Diana is worried. Due to a breach in a morality clause in her surrogate contract, Auroura Diana lost full custody of her daughter and has to share her special little girl with the Sorenson's. Auroura knows something is going on in the Sorenson's home, because her sweet shy daughter comes back every summer with a little less glimmer and shine....and she's sick to her stomach imagining why. So, she gets in contact with some friends and asks for a favor in exchange for a favor. And in the process, she sets her daughter up to meet the soul mates Sang was always meant to have. Or help her in the long run?

Legend says there's a taxi cab that doesn't take you where you want to go but where you need to. Sang only wishes for a few nights of freedom to help her last until she moves out for college.
