AKA Newt Scamander and the Bronxvitch School of Witchcraft (A Harry Potter - Fantastic Beasts - Potterverse story) In 1922, Newt Scamander arrives at the Bronxvitch School of Witchcraft in New York as a visiting scholar. However, he is distracted from his hunt for the elusive Succubeast by the alluring witches of Bronxvitch. RATED R for multiple sex scenes, adult content, creepy imagery, and illegal drinking (it is Prohibition after all.) Yes, this is inspired by the upcoming movie, and I am looking forward to being jossed... although who knows what I'll get right? This bears no resemblance to the slam poem by Brenna Twohy and I started writing this before I knew it existed. All Potterverse characters belong to Rowling, Warner Bros., et cetera. I lay no claim to copyright for any of the original characters, beasts or locations, either. Some of the slang is taken from the Great Gatsby. The story will go back and forth between several first person POV characters (Newt's various lovers, including Cass and Deborah) and a more Rowling-esque third person style. Thank you. The year is 2043 and the nations of the world find themselves almost powerless against an unknown enemy known as Unknown Entities, or U.N.E.'s. One is a young British pilot born and raised in combat who is haunted by horrible memories, while the other is an American pilot who has never seen combat but has never found anything or anyone that can best her. Can these two young officers set aside their differences and pride and do what needs to be done? Or will they falter when it matters most?
