Catherine moved to London seven years ago to escape everything that happened in her past home. She's forever reminded of the reason why she left. One night she meets a stranger who happens to be Dan Smith and so begins a story of her escapades.

I sat in the break room eating my lunch. Alone. Jerry wasn't here today. As I take another bite of my sandwich a figure slips into the chair in front of me. I avoid looking up. "Hey." I knew automatically it wasn't Penny. This was a guy. "Hello? Is anyone in there?" He laughs. I nod my head slowly. We sit in an awkward silence for a while.
