This is before the Suicide Squad was put together. This is a story about the reign of the King and Queen of Gotham City. He was insane, but she was even crazier than he was. Batman was gone, too busy fighting Superman to worry about the two Jesters of Evil.. This was a time of pure anarchy in Gotham. (I use them as characters however I have created my own story line and personalities. This is nothing like Suicide Squad and more like a young adult romance. Can get graphic. Will warn you at the beginning of any chapter containing sexual acts.)
