Blue Pearl, servant of Blue Diamomd, was programmed to listen to Blue Diamond's every command. Blue Pearl was not allowed to have any emotions other than loyalty, and admiration for her diamond. Pearls aren't even allowed a wardrobe different than their assigned master. One day, the small group known as, The Rebellion, consisting of a Rose Quartz warrior and a defective Pearl, arrive to destroy the campus set on Earth for examination. Blue Pearl watches in amazement seeing such a determined, precise, excellent fighting Pearl, Pearls weren't mean't to handle such pressure, or battle to say the least. Blue Pearl is inspired by the Pearl, and plans to leave Homeworld and join, The Rebellion, though she was finally convinced to leave Homeworld once her friend Sapphire left Homeworld for a Ruby gem and Lapis was stuck in a cage, charged with betrayal of Homeworld.

Peridot is new at this Highschool, and doesn't know anyone there. She stumbles upon Lapis, at first she thought Lapis was like all the other Girls here. She was wrong. Falling in Love without a Clue.

Amethyst finally tries to get together with Pearl when she finds out Pearl had never thought of dating her in the first place. Soon Pearl wants to get with Amethyst, but all the love is suddenly cut off when another gem war is at stake. Homeworld returns, and plans to win this war, so the long overdue broken love of Amethyst and Pearl is also at stake during the worst of time.

In this alternate universe there are four kingdoms called The Homelands, the Crystal Lands the Dark lands, and the outlands. Mostly at war. Lapis Lauzli: future Queen of the Dark Lands spends most of her time self mopping in her room.
