رواية قطرية بقلم أنفاس قطر يومٌ خريفي بارد.. برودته الخافتة المرتعشة تسربت بحدة موحشة للروح قبل الجسد إنها واشنطن دي سي.. أواخر شهر سبتمبر..شهر الخريف المرير تقلبات الأجواء.. واصفرار الأشجار.. ووجع الغربة وآه يا وجع الغربة.. ما أقساها على روحه الحرة المستنزفة شوقاً موجعاً لأرضه لا شيء يستنزف الروح شيئاً فشيئاً كإحساس الغربة، هذا الإحساس الذي يبدأ بالتهام الروح حتى يحيلها رماداً وتكون العودة للوطن هي كعودة العنقاء التي تقوم من رمادها حين يعبرها جسدٌ حيٌّ كما تقول الأسطورة وهكذا هو الوطن!! هو الجسد الحيُّ الذي يعيد الروح لبقايا الرماد.. وهاهو الغريب المشتاق المعتصم بجَلَده ودفء ذكرياته وحرارة حنينه يقف في موقف الحافلات القريب من منزله وقفته المعتدّة بجسده الفارع الطول يحكم إغلاق جاكيته الجلدي على صدره العريض ليصدَّ لسعات البرد في ساعات الصباح الباكر
