This series is about a clone of Goku. In the King Plake Saga the origin of Okaro is told and the fall of his creator.

The series begins twelve years after Goku is seen leaving on Shenron not at the end of Dragon Ball GT, and diverges entirely into its own plot from there, on an alternate timeline from the one which shows Goku Jr. fighting Vegeta Jr. at the World Martial Arts Tournament. The Tuffles have tormented the saiyans with Hatchiyak but the old doctor passed away. However, there remained a Tuffle baby who still seeks revenge. He manages to take a bit of Broly ' s blood when he was destroyed on the fake saiyan planet which his gather devised to kill prince Vegeta, and sent him away making him land on Earth on purpose in attempt to kill the remaining saiyans. After testing his blood he manages to make a gas which immobilises the saiyan in taker but only creates enough for one. His plan succeeds and Goku is now under his control. The wish brings back to life a sinister being that the Earth would never want to see again. But Gohan, the Earth's savior from the previous reign of terror caused by Cell, has let his guard down, and his training came to a halt.
