"Could you get the songs on the stands for me?" "Sure," I said, taking the two folders out of his backpack. I opened each one and had started placing the music on the stands when I heard the door open. I expected it to be either Carly, Denver or Amanda, but when I turned around, I saw that it was my mother. Her hair was wild and her eyes frightened as she opened her mouth to speak. "Macie, Ben, Brittany and Tristan have just been in a what-could-be-fatal car crash." - Macie is your average teenage girl. Popular, Pretty, Perfect. Everyone at St. Phyllis Prep. knows who she is. She manages to befriend the most popular boy in the school, Andrew. When a new kid enrols to St Phyllis, sharing his love of Christ openly, she has no clue what has happened, or who this guy, Jesus, is! Sometimes, life can be hard-especially for teenage girls. We have to balance an endless amount of new responsibilities all while trying to figure out who we are and who we want to be. Even though my life is constantly subject to change, there is one thing that remains constant: God. Because He is my Lord and Savior, I can find comfort in the fact that I don't have to face this difficult life alone. Confessions of a Teenage Christian is a book I am consistently updating. Each entry covers a topic either I've had a hard time understanding, or one of you have. I have felt God calling me to share my experiences of being a teen and sharing how He has forever changed my life.

No matter how many flaws I possess, You still welcome me with open arms. Words cannot describe how beautiful you are. How simply magnificent and radiant and stunning a being as you. Before this moment, I did not know beauty. I thought I did. Ignorantly. Stupidly. I believed I had seen beauty. But I had not even glimpsed it.
