After his loss in Unova Ash returns home to regroup and plan which region he will go to next. However while planning his next region, tragedy strikes and his mother dies. to his knowledge he has no other family until one day a familiar visitor arrives offering him a home and revealing a family secret lost for generations. Ash takes this offer and trains his Pokemon for 2 years. Now he is ready to journey out again, this time to Kalos. What will he find in Kalos, will he finally be able to achieve his dreams? And will he find something or someone that he didn't know he was missing when he finds a certain honey blonde. This is rated mature, however there won't be any lemons here but perhaps other some mature topics might get put in here. This will be my first ever attempt at writing so please forgive me and please leave your criticism. if this goes well I might actually write something else. For the most part this will be based off of the cannon, however this will be for the most part an original story. So please enjoy. After yet another defeat in the League, Ash breaks down mentally. He felt this was the year he would win - even with the strong team of his - he managed to scupper on the final hurdle. However, his friends have been successful, Clemont getting recognised for his inventions and getting offered a role as Professor Sycamore's assistant and Serena becoming Kalos queen and famous worldwide and young Bonnie being tipped to be Lumious City gym leader. These roles for his companions have made them busy with their lives, while Ash dwells on yet another defeat - he thinks he is a forgotten man and disappears without any one knowing...

Normal life, that's all Ash wanted... After a horror turn of events, Ash loses his will to live, only for his mother to stop him. He is then sent to Kalos where he will be reunited with his old lover from 10 years ago. He is also going to attend Lumiose High School in order to get his life back on track. Ash thought this was the best thing to help him overcome his depression but who knows, It will be back And it will be even worse Will Ash's "lover" be able to help him overcome this haunting?

Who knows, how long it will be after the truth of one spills out.. Secrecy can only be unveiled if given to the wrong hands. 14 year Old Ash Ketchum and his friends, will have to overcome a year with the questions and trust as darkness awaits. Two years later, Ash gets invited to a special tournament for trainers who have won the league or any Pokémon performances/contests. His hidden power is unleashed, and attracts a forgotten power towards him, which could be the helper or destroyer of humanity. His old friends are there to witness this ancient power. Eyes are all on Ash as his mysterious power gets stronger and stronger. Soon the truth starts to unravel itself, causing friends to turn on friends and family turn on their family. Loyalty began to get hard after the forgotten power is unleashed again...

He was reunited once again with his best friend Serena who left him in the town of Pallet. Their group unite to stand against the evils that had dominated the world for 4 lean years. Justice was to be taken...
