A Short poem about my personal experience with depression. Nothing graphic at all, (no mention of self harm) so probably not triggering unless you're really sensitive. Swears once incase anyone's bothered by that It's my first time putting any of my poetry out there so plz be nice xx but constructive criticism welcome !!
