Five year old Harry has been blind since birth. He has no confidence and finds the world boring. That is, until he meets Louis – another kid, two years older than him, with difficulties. They’re polar opposites and on paper it should be a disaster in the making, but they soon find it’s not the case.

Everyone has their struggles and for Louis, it is his English Lit class because he just can’t get his head around the work. He is on the verge of failing and even his best friend, Zayn, can’t seem to save Louis from his approaching failure, and he is clutching at straws. With the suggestion to try reading more, Louis finds himself in front of his computer reading stories from unpublished authors. Before long, those authors become his friends, and with their support, maybe Louis can improve. Louis wants these people in his reality and not just his virtual world, but he wasn’t prepared for the trouble it would cause. Everything is backwards, it’s upside down and in the blink of an eye, Louis doesn’t know if he’s lost or he’s won; all he knows is that he’s in uncharted territory. Now Louis is just confused, and he doesn’t have a clue what to do. Sometimes the people you meet on the Internet can help you more than the people you know in real life.

His Mum had been told by doctors, when he was only seven years old, that he was 'sick in the mind'. Schizophrenia: A of a group of psychotic disorders usually characterized by withdrawal from reality, illogical patterns of thinking, delusions, and hallucinations, and accompanied in varying degrees by other emotional, behavioral, or intellectual disturbances. Harry Styles had suffered from depression, hallucinated and heard voices all of his life, voices whispering to him that he was not worth the air he breathed, and for years various coloured pills had kept them mostly tamed. Somehow Harry had managed to nab Louis Tomlinson along the way. Beautiful, excitable, pretty perfect Louis Tomlinson. Louis is the only person who gets him, and he is the only person who Harry feels safe around, because Louis keeps all of the voices away - Louis loves him, and promised Harry that he loved him. Louis swore he would always be there. So what happens when Harry's rose-tinted glasses get torn away, and all he is left with is the reality that even love can't keep him safe from the voices. Louis moves into a flat while he’s at university, his next-door neighbour, Harry, who he’s never seen is rather loud at night. Louis confronts him about said noise and the two start to chat through the rather thin wall between their bedrooms. Will they ever meet, and if they do… what could ensue for the both of them?

Louis isn't sure where his mind goes half the time, but its okay, because there's accepting people there in that unpredictable world that he finds inside his head. Or the one where Louis has schizophrenia and meets four other boys that have to be real somewhere, right?

Louis Tomlinson, 28, internationally succesful football player for Stoke city and the national team. He's openly gay and happily married to Harry Styles, who sacrificed his career to support his husband and raise their children. As Louis' football career starts really kicking off, needing him to train a lot, go on international trips with the team, his family seems to be getting in second place. Will Harry be still happy with a second place? Will he still be willing to sacrifice everything for a husband who's never there and kids that start asking where their other dad is? What if Louis gets an opportunity he can't refuse, but that requires him to move abroad? Choices have to be made, fights be fought and tears will be shed. Who will win this game, or is there even a winner?

Harry Styles can see ghosts. He’s been able to see them ever since he was 6 years old and nearly died after a car accident. Ghosts come to him to ask for help so that they can rest in peace knowing that the unfinished work they were still on Earth for had been finished. But one day, a ghost by the name of Louis Tomlinson comes to him. Harry and Louis have no idea what his unfinished work is but slowly, Harry begins to fall for Louis, even though Louis’ a ghost. WARNING: if you're one of those people who pick on stories being too "Carroty" you'll hate this story. I wrote this around the beginning of their world-wide fame (around 2012) when Up All Night had only just recently been released and they were still doing video diaries so please bear with it!
