It's a year after the " Perfect Storm " and April is getting married in the week. But how did the storm effect everyone else's lives ? and how did it affect Jackson.

So all rights go to ABC and Shonda Rhimes. April moved away and is stunned to get a phone call from Cristina. Jackson was inside a car crash and was inside a coma. April decide for the best to go back, i mean their married after all. Will Jackson wake up? If he does will they get back together? Will April stay? Only love can tell.

"How will I know if he really loves me? I say a prayer with every heartbeat. Falling in love is so bittersweet, this love is strong why do I feel weak?" April has to face Jacksons feelings towards Lexie. When he goes away for the weekend, April sets out to find someone to make Jackson jealous. But the way he returns sends shock all throughout he hospital.

It many years into the future. Jackson and April are happily married with one child. Jackson is suffering, he was in an awful accident and now is admitted into Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital he has been in a coma since the accident, April is worried, but doesn't want her daughter to see her father like this. She wants to spend as much time In the hospital as possible but doesn't want their child to be locked up in the hospital. Will Jackson ever wake up? and if he does will it be the same? Based on the show 'Greys Anatomy' Created by Shonda Rhimes.

After trauma surgeon, April Kepner returns to Seattle almost a year, after leaving to heal from the death of her infant son Samuel, she appears different...and not kind of different you would expect.
