"I shall but love thee better after death..." I read, out loud. I frowned at the letter, but continued reading, "you know the interesting thing about the last line of the poem by Elizabeth Browning, Clarity? It could mean anything... in the poem, it means, I will love you even if either of us or both of us die.... even death won't kill my love for you. But you know the second meaning that line could have? I would love it if you were dead. And it rings true here, Clarity. Beware.... I am coming for you, because, I SHALL BUT LOVE THEE BETTER AFTER DEATH..." *****

Yeah, I am the perfect social pariah. No. Seriously, I have the social skills of a mosquito. To my surprise, someone was sitting there already. I walked to the seat and cleared my throat. The guy sitting there looked up from the book he was reading. Hmm... new face. He had brown hair, that was adorably unruly, and cobalt blue eyes. Broad shoulders, muscles like a boxer, and long legs complimented his looks. I have to admit, he looked ruggedly handsome. "Is there something on my face? " he asked me suddenly. "What? !" I asked, knocked out of my daze. He smirked, "Is there something on my face? I mean, you've been staring at me for the past five minutes. " ************* What happens when the predator falls for the prey? What happens when the hunter falls for the hunted? We'll just have to see...
