Nico di Angelo gets adopted by Bruce Wayne after Batman witnesses him stalking around a cemetery in Gotham in the middle of the night. He doesn't want to move in with Bruce, but seeing as he can't supply any proof of his parents or even his own birth records, he doesn't have a good reason to say no. It's Bruce Wayne or the foster system so Nico decides to take his chances with the billionaire. What he didn't anticipate is that he isn't Bruce's only child, or that the man is more than meets the eye. Nico gets dragged into the Batfam and has to learn their secret while trying to hide the mythological world from the greatest family of detectives in the world. No Nico ships. It would get in the way of the plot. I will try to keep at least somewhat accurate with the rest of the books. Everything belongs to Rick Riordan or DCU. Percy wakes up in a strange forest. It is not the forest in camp. He doesn't know where he is, but at least this time he knows who he is. He hears a shout off in the distance. "Hey! Every city has its claim to fame and for the city of Cytropolis it's their superheroes. But unlike the cities of Gotham and Central City, this isn't a good thing. Cytropolis is known far and wide as the city with the clumsiest and least influential superheroes ever. But it never mattered that much since the super villains were just as bad. That is, until recently when the villains decided to smarten up and open a super villain academy to train the newest generation (something that never occurred to the heroes). Luckily for them, Matt Miller has arrived. He may seem like an average, normal (even bordering on boring) seventeen-year-old boy, but when are things ever what they seem? He may be apathetic and bitter but he has super powers and he's kind of, well, powerful. He's the heroes only hope against the newest villain in town, Sinister Shadow, and he has no choice but to lend a hand (but he refuses to wear tights while he does it, he draws the line at tights).
