"You have to go."
She lowly whispered , as if someone was listening to our conversation.
I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at her, confusion written all over my face.
I kneeled down, so I was on eye level with her.
"What do you mean, "I have to go" ?"
I whispered back.
Maybe it was just another game of hers. We used to play alot when we were younger.
"Alaska, you have to go."
She demanded.
At first I didn't think much of her warning.
Big mistake.
They wanted me dead and I needed to get the hell out of here before it was too late.
My name is Alaska, and welcome to my game "hide and seek". It was a bit different than the kids played it, though.
In my version, I was the one who was trying to escape. If they ever found me, I would be dead.
The rules are simple:
Try to stay alive.
