[3] Reconciliation: ON HOLD INDEFINITELY :( Last year, Perseus Jackson discovered that he was a demigod. His father was not some ordinary man as he had originally thought. Instead, he was the son of the one and only Poseidon, the Greek god of the seas. However, his adopted brother, Harry Potter, had no idea about Percy's true parentage. The Headmaster of their school, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, had forbidden Percy from telling anyone. Thus, he was forced to go to America, where he would be safe during the summer outside of school, without telling anyone where he was really going. Percy leaving made Harry angry and resentful. After all, he would be forced to spend the summer with the abusive Dursleys while Percy went off and had fun in another country. However, when Percy returned to school to join his brother and friends, he found out that his brother was in grave danger. An infamous mass-murderer by the name of Sirius Black had escaped Azkaban prison. And he was out for blood. DISCLAIMER Note that I do not own anything that was created by J.K. However, that was before they seemed to forget all about him. He at least had his brother, Harry Potter, but he too had gotten no letters from their friends. Then one day a small creature wearing a pillowcase showed up in their shared bedroom and told them that they absolutely, positively could not go back to school under any circumstance. Of course, the small creature wearing a pillowcase was resolutely ignored and they went back to school to start their second year anyway. Then things started to go wonky, what with all the strange voices and massive spiders. But then things got even stranger. Though completely unrelated, the boys were nearly identical, a connection forming between them that would last years to come. The pair would go through life as brothers in everything but blood. Connected at the hip, these seemingly average boys had much more in store for them than they could ever imagine. He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named was dead. .. Right? He was gone forever was he not? The Dark Lord was no more. He had not risen from the grave. He had fallen, was slain, obviously he was. What happened on the night of the Quidditch World Cup had simply been the act of rogue deatheaters out for revenge. The idiots in the ministry patted themselves on the back for their pathetic little reassurances that somehow managed to quell some of the rising panic in England. Whatever, it was not Perseus's responsibility to convince them or the Wizarding World of what was inevitably coming and hold their hands until it gets better. That was all on old twinkle eyes and his merry band of saviours. No, he has other worries now, namely the Triwizard Tournament. With two different schools coming to Hogwarts, it was the perfect time to socialize and network. Perseus needed his own inner circle, needed to build his influence within his own house and within Hogwarts. It was the time to strike, as his father would say. The Dark Lord isn't the only one rising this time around.

After the events of the Chamber of Secrets Perseus Riddle has never been more cautious in his life. Potter is now suspicious of him because of his last name, Dumbledore is keeping a much closer eye on him more then ever and how can he forget the fact that his father was very much not pleased with the fact that the basilisk of Slytherin was slayed by the boy who lived. Now wasn't that a fun conversation. And what is he suppose to do with a distress call from Grover about two demigods he found at the beginning of December? Will the school really believe that a family emergency is what called him away earlier for Christmas break? Oh and lets not forget about that rouge Azkaban escapee Sirius Black who was rumored to be running around in Hogwarts and the dementors now freely going around the school grounds. Well, Percy thought, this is gonna be one hell of a year.
