Should people really have magic? That is the question that has been raised in the faraway country of Minstrel, a magical place, much like Fiore. Two sides, pro-magic and anti-magic have divided the country, and are ready to go to war. Is there any solution to this problem? Can the world survive without magic? Or will magic users bring this world to it's knees?
