In the events following Asgard's destruction, Loki finds himself on Earth seeking refuge to await the inevitable. Much to his surprise, it comes from a source he would never have expected. Post-Ragnarok, pre-Infinity War, follows closely to movie canon, does not follow Endgame, implied self-harm (referred more than once throughout story), some non-descriptive nudity, a very nice slow-burn fic so get comfy Sequel coming soon! A work in progress story written in first person. J'onn J'onzz catches the reader as she stumbles into his mind after a self harm accident. The resulting encounter leaves them both intrigued leading to a new beginning for both the reader and the last son of Mars.
