De 16 jarige Ilona heeft het erg moeilijk. Ze word namelijk gepest. Er is niemand die haar durft helpen, want Job, de leider van de pestgroep is erg populair. Niemand durft tegen hem in te gaan. Ilona staat er dus helemaal alleen voor. Maar er is 1 iemand die haar rechthoud, zonder dat hij het zelf weet. Dat is Nathan, door de meesten gekend als Acid. Ilona kijkt elke dag zijn video's en stiekem is ze tot over haar oren verliefd op hem. Van haar moeder mag ze dit jaar naar de dutch YouTube gathering, waar ze hem eindelijk kan ontmoeten.
