Stiles and Allison have been missing for a couple of months now, Allison survived the Oni and Stiles was free from the nogitsune. They get captured by WCKD and was into the maze, and now that they have escaped and regained only some of their real memories, they go back to Beacon Hills just in time to be put on the dead pool for being immune.
