In the near future, America has been torn apart by civil war again. A tyranical madman who has promised a new life has caused a devastaing conflict now referred to simply as The 20 Year War. With the land drained of resources and the people out of control, no outside country will step in. A large portion of the U.S. is a vast wasteland with several small colonies throughout. The remaining Americans call it the Undisputed Territory. Three new "Countries" have risen in North America: King Dagan's Empire, The New Reich, and The Confederacy of Mississippi. People have learned to live by the laws of their new leaders and accepted that America is gone.
