This is NOT a breakup aftermath fic despite the iffy title just so you know, also gender neutral MC btw)) After the events of The End, Eduardo became... pretty negative to say the least, towards the idea of new people, he developed major trust issues and began to have frequent breakdowns. A year later, when both group's houses have been rebuilt and have moved back in, you move into the other house next to Eduardo's and are determined to befriend your, obviously quite interesting, new neighbours. You soon become pretty close with all of them, all but one. Eduardo. Something about him seemed... off, not in a "he's a weirdo" way, he just seemed very, I don't know... weirdly distant. But soon after you move into your new home, when hanging about with Mark at his house you find Eduardo mid breakdown in the "spare room" and everything begins to unfold.
