When Ivy Livingston woke up on a normal Wednesday morning in November, she didn't know that was the last time she would see her little sister, her cat, or her best friend Chloe. She had no idea that Anthony Wilson, the freak that she had been bullying since middle school, would bring his father's rifle to school and kill Ivy and four of her classmates before pressing the gun to his own skull. And she definitely couldn't predict that the afterlife was no more than a simple waiting room, where she would wait while the Celestial Bureaucracy decided whether she would go to Heaven or Hell. Ivy already knows that this isn't going to be easy. She's a borderline case, so it might take a while for the panel of judges to make their decision. She just hopes that she doesn't end up like that guy who's still waiting for his number to be called after two hundred years. However, as Ivy begins to make friends with a hockey lover and a girl who was so emo that she fell apart, she begins to think that maybe, just maybe, she can redeem herself. 2nd Place in Teen Fiction in the Whirlwind Awards. 3rd Place in Teen Fiction in the Mystique Awards and in the Prism Awards. #1 spiritual powers 30/08/22 "......your soul? It's beautiful, unlike the ones I have seen here, it's quite unique" "But surrounded by dark mists, you see if you ask me I think it's really dark inside and it's gradually dying" he replied still looking straight lost in his thoughts as the moon rays continued to embrace his face. For a moment they both said nothing. It looked late, everywhere was cloudy and a gigantic moon covered half of the sky. Everywhere looked empty, dry, imaginary. They were both seated on a bench, One was dashingly handsome with nice features but still looked ordinary. Humanly. But the other one was different, with gigantic white wings covering her back, Beautiful? yes, amazingly beautiful, with her long red hair and beautiful long red gown. But possessed a very powerful dark Aura. "Let me save you" She faced him this time, no longer in her thoughts holding his rough hands gently. "Running to a pretty demon for help.... ehhh I'm not sure about that" he replied jokingly as he couldn't help but caress her soft cheeks. "I don't know if you are here to save me or destroy me, but I will trust you" "I'm not sure about that too Alex, but let's give it a try" He nodded then disappeared into thin air. "Trust?" She couldn't help but mumble to herself, as tears could be seen slowly sliding down her cheeks, And her wings gradually changing to its original color, Black. Then he woke up. It was just a dream. #1 spiritual powers 30/08/22.

The story of Margret Grain/the old lady who lived in a shoe, and her journey out from under the veil of a fairy tale narrative, as she does she finds her story quickly disintegrates into a hellish nightmare. With philosophical questionings along the journey, you will find yourself completely baffled not only by the bizarre things that occur in the story, but also find yourself feeling just as lost on your own Journey as Margret is. Please withhold your judgements of this story until the ending of the story, as the reason for everything, even down to the mere way the story is written will be explained. This story was written in the midst of this month long challenge i did, where i had to type something on my typewriter everyday. I succeeded...i think, i forget it was a little more than a year ago. BUT ALAS, I have picked up the story once more and fully intend to complete it! You may find that some parts are better written than others, as i might've been fatigued at parts while i was writing, as i had a long commute and would often get home late at night.
