I was just in guatemala this past week and something that stuck with me was the words of people as I performed. A school teacher told my youth leader that the most important thing that we brought was the love and hope of Jesus. Another thing that was said specifically to me that inspired this poem was having someone come up to me and tell me how as I sang my solo and with the group that My eyes and smile shone with Jesus and how it illuminated the room. I don't want the audience to see me and my talent but Rather CHRIST!
