And I have not left anything that will bring you closer to the Hellfire and distance you from Allaah except that I have forbade you from it." So there has not been left any room for amending anything from it, whether it be a simple or a trivial thing being amended. Ibn Umar (d. 84H) said: "Every innovation is misguidance, even if the people see it as something good."
