Merida is the princess of Scotland. Hiccup is the soon-to-be chief of the vikings. These two worlds are at war. Merida and Hiccup meet in the woods, and suddenly their lives are spiraling down together. Mericcup. Duh.

From a young age, Merida and Hiccup were betrothed and forced to spend each summer together In hopes to form a bond that would soon unite the kingdoms. However growing up together isn't all that easy... When Hiccup turns fifteen, his kingdom goes to war and it is deemed unsafe for him travel to visit Merida. What happens when the war is finally over and after five years apart, the betrothed finally meet again.... Characters belong to Dreamworks and Disney Pixar.

A mericcup story where the Hairy Hooligan tribe threatens to avenge age old deaths and losses that the Highlanders caused. Upon hearing this, the King makes a decision: send a representative to Berk so that they can finally bury the hatchet. And axe. And mace and whatever other weapons the Vikings are threatening to raise against them. So they send the Princess, much to her outrage, to spend a month in Berk to settle the feud between the lands and familiarize their people. Except, the Princess seems to be spending an awful lot of time with the chief's son, the lords have noticed, and there are rumors of an uprise among them.

The ship between Merida and Hiccup, taking place in their worlds. Merida doesn't want to get married, so what does she do, runs away. Hiccup doesn't understand his father and his father certainly does not understand him so he goes for a ride, one that will change his life and both of their fates. I don't own these characters. Vikings have invaded Scotland, with Alvin and his army seizing DunBroch castle in a night raid. Princess Merida and her mother are taken as prisoners across Scotland and end up on a ship bound for Outcast Island, on which they are later rescued by an unlikely pair. These events having caught the attention of the gods in Asgard, Merida's tragic fate and noble cause to return to the highlands risks dividing the divinities amongst themselves, posing a threat to the peace both on Midgard and Asgard. All the while, Malcolm MacGuffin fights back courageously to reclaim their homeland and find the whereabouts of his beloved princess. Now stranded away from home with her rescuers, will Merida be able to overcome her loses? Can she open up to love and friendship again?
