Iyasia is 20 years old and surviving for her and her 12 year old sister. With the death of their parents and their dad never being just that .. A dad. They are all on their own. When Iyasia loses her job everything really starts to go left and she doesn't know how much more she can take. August is 21 years old is doing pretty well on his own, he has a girlfriend by the name of Latoya who he's been with for 6 months now and things are going great, but his life gets a little complicated when he crosses paths with Iyasia.
