The Kingdom of Camelot has always lived in fear of its neighbouring country, ruled by Ivan the Terrible. With the threat of an invasion approaching fast, King Arthur and his faithful court must find a way to unite the land and defeat Ivan and his forces. The only way to do that is to gather allies, and King Arthur has never been great at making friends, especially when his only option is his neighbour to the south-a hot, coastal nation governed by Lord Fernandez. Will King Arthur be able to put aside the differences he's shared with Antonio in order to prevent Ivan's attack in time? Or will this union cost more than he can give? Camelot AU. Will only make slight references to the original King Arthur legends. In-universe country names are completely made up. Ratings may change depending on direction of story. I obviously do not own Hetalia. It solely belongs to Hidekaz Himaruya. Set after 'The Lost Future'/'Unwound Future', 'Professor Layton and the Memories Of A Time Gone By' explores the life of Hershel Layton after losing his loved one, Claire, and his apprentice: Luke Triton. With his emotions threatening to consume him, he tries to live life normally, and put on a smile. After all, that's what a gentleman does. But what happens when an old friend comes calling? Can Hershel find it in himself to solve another mystery? The first part in the thrilling 'Love In Memories" Two-parter! WARNING: Contains spoilers for the following Professor Layton games: 'Pandora's/Diabolical Box', 'Lost/Unwound Future' and 'Miracle Mask'. While a detail from 'Azran Legacy' is mentioned, it is not considered a major spoiler. If you have not finished those games yet then I suggest doing so before reading this story. But why wouldn't you? If you are reading this now then you most likely love the Layton games and want to finish them. Or already have! If so, read on.
