Just nine more months, and I, Kasey Danson, would have been out of high school for good, on my way to fulfil my greatest dream of being a writer/journalist, whichever came first. But no, someone up there seemed to have made other plans for me, because one minute I was still myself, Kasey Danson the geek who's just trying to survive high school, and the next, KABOOM. I wake up to find myself trapped. Trapped where? Trapped in the body of my 'mortal enemy', cheerleader Stephanie Greyson. My life had turned pretty bleak, because becoming a cheerleader was all an accident, and I had never ever wanted to be involved in all the drama that normally revolved around cheerleaders. On the up side, and it's really the only positive thing here, I'm one step closer to my crush of three and a quarter years, my one unrequited love since freshman days. Logan Reiner. I don't think he had ever noticed me in school, because, and this is stating the obvious, he's a jock and I'm a geek. I'm sure you get the picture. But is it really all the great, when its a known fact throughout the entire student body that the one Logan really fancies is Stephanie? P.S this story revolves around the usual cliche high school social hierarchy system but that's how it goes at least in this story. It gets better, promise!
