After a brutal fight, Supergirl finds most everyone at the DEO has gone to deal with alien cleanup leaving her to deal with her personal fallout alone. Flying home she discovers a light on at L-Corp and decides to check on the elusive CEO there. A brief discussion turns into a night of pizza and introspection. This was written for a friend who is seriously ill and sent this prompt as a request. I hope it came out okay.

Twelve years in the future, Kara Luthor and Lena Luthor drive out to an annual meeting under an accord of peace. As always, family is a complicated endeavor.

When a piece of technology of L-Corp's that is being demonstrated is attacked by Livewire, the resulting energy pulse will rip a hole open between dimensions and transfer people from one world to the other, exchanging them for their other selves. Fitting in will be the first order of business and finding their way back home will be the second. Along the way, they'll discover the relationships they thought they understood are dramatically different from world-to-world.
